How it works
Leavers hoodies used to mean paper slips, envelopes of cash and a spreadsheet of sizes. Here, one person sets it up online, every name goes on in seconds, and orders come in by themselves.

Leavers hoodies used to mean paper slips, envelopes of cash and a spreadsheet of sizes. Not any more.
With Final Register, one person sets it all up online. Choose hoodies or T-shirts, the colours and a back design. Then paste in your class list, straight from your school system. Every name is tidied and laid out on the design in seconds.
Your proof is ready straight away. Download it, show your head or the class, and change anything you like. When you approve it, our team checks every name against your list.
Then you choose who pays. Parents can order on your school's private page. They pick their child's name, choose a size and pay by card. Or the school orders for everyone on one invoice. Either way, you can see who has ordered at any time.
Ordering closes on the date you choose. We print everything in the UK, pack it by class, and deliver it free to your school or one address you choose, about fourteen working days later. Or, if your school prefers, each order can be posted to the child's home instead, for a postage charge.
Every name. Every leaver. One hoodie. Set up your school's hoodies.
The four steps
-
Set it up
Choose your garments (hoodies, T-shirts or both), the colours and a back design. Add a front if you want one: your school name across the chest, a logo, initials or nicknames.
Then paste in your class list, straight from your school system or a spreadsheet. Every name is tidied and laid out on the design straight away, ready for you to check. Save as you go and come back any time.
Try it with your names and see the tool at work.

-
Approve your proof
Your proof is ready the moment you finish, with every name in place. Download it, show your head teacher or the class, and change anything you like.
When you approve it, our team checks every name against your list before anything is printed.

-
Collect orders
You choose how ordering works.
Parents order
Your school gets its own private page and code, plus a ready-made letter and poster. Parents pick their child's name, choose a size and pay online. You can see who has ordered, and who hasn't, at any time.
School orders
You enter sizes for everyone (or let parents choose sizes without paying). When the sizes are final, we send one invoice, and making starts once it's paid.
-
We make and deliver
Ordering closes on the date you chose. We print everything in the UK and pack it by class. It arrives about 14 working days later (a day or two longer at peak times), free, to your school or one address you choose.
Your school can choose home delivery instead, at £5.94 per order.
