Access code
Parents type this to see the class list and order. Keep it to the letter, not a poster or the school's website.
Each child's size
The spreadsheet has a row for each child. Fill in the colour and size (and anything else you need), save it as CSV, and upload it here. Rows you leave blank don't change anything.
Staff and spare garments
Add any garments for staff, or spares, that the school is also paying for. They're on the same invoice.
When the sizes are final
Letter for parents
One page with the link, the code, the prices and the closing date, signed by you. Print it to send home, or copy the text into the school's email or messaging app and change anything you like.
Poster
An A4 poster for the classroom or the school gate, with a picture of your design and a QR code to the ordering page. It doesn't show the access code.
